As a Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and planning treatment for patients with blood diseases and cancers. Often, you’ll diagnose conditions such as sickle-cell disease, leukemia, and lymphoma. Additionally, as an Officer on the health care team, you'll have the opportunity to lead and train medical personnel while continuing your education by attending seminars and conferences.
